Can I schedule more than one payment, for example, a payment on the 20th of the month, as well as a payment every two weeks on Friday?
Yes, however, you will need to schedule each payment separately.
Can I have more than one bank account authorized for a payment?
Yes. You can authorize more than one bank account; however, you cannot split a payment between the bank accounts. Each account must be verified with micro payments.
What day will funds be withdrawn from my bank account?
Funds will be withdrawn on the scheduled payment date. If that date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or bank holiday the funds will be withdrawn the next business day.
How long will it take for the Office of Child Support to receive a child support payment once it is withdrawn from my bank account?
The payment will be processed on the scheduled payment date. Your employees will receive credit for the payment on the same date.
What happens if my payment is scheduled for a weekend or a holiday?
If a withdrawal falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or bank holiday, the funds will be withdrawn the next business day.
What is the earliest date that I can schedule a payment?
Your first payment date must be at least two business days from the date you verify your account. If your account has been previously
verified, then the payment must be scheduled at least two business days prior to its payment date.
I entered a start date and the website calculated a different date for my first payment. What am I doing wrong?
If you entered a start date that is less than two business days from today's date, your date will be automatically adjusted to two business days in the future.
Verify Bank Account (Micro Payments)
What happens after I register an account and add a bank account?
When you add a bank account, we will make two small deposits (micro payments) to the account. At the same time, we will issue one debit
to your bank account for the total of the deposits. The deposits and debit will post to your account usually within three business days
from adding your bank account at this website. The deposits and debit will be labeled OH Child Support. Once the transactions appear in your
bank account, log in to this website and select Verify Bank Account. Enter the amount of each deposit and click Verify. Once you enter
the amounts correctly, you may then schedule payments for two business days in the future.
Why would the micro payment deposits be returned as unsuccessful?
Most deposits are returned as unsuccessful when the bank account information was entered incorrectly. Edit your bank account information
at this website and the deposits and debit will be reissued.
Why would a debit be returned as unsuccessful?
Most debits are returned due to a debit block on your account. You must contact your bank to remove the debit block to successfully
verify your account.
I received an e-mail that my verification was unsuccessful. What should I do?
You must add your bank account information again at this website.
Editing or Changing an Account
I changed my bank account. What should I do?
Edit your bank account information through this website. We will make two small deposits (micro payments) to the account. At the same
time, we will issue one debit to your bank account for the total of the deposits. The deposits and debit will post to your account
usually within three business days from adding the bank account at this website. The deposits and debit will be labeled OH Child Support. Once
the transactions appear in your bank account, log in to this website and select Verify Bank Account. Enter the amount of each deposit
and click Verify. Once you enter the amounts correctly, you must establish a new payment schedule(s) since any existing payment schedule(s)
will be cancelled when you edit your bank account information.
If your employees’ withholdings are due before you verify your bank account, you must mail them to OH Child Support Payment Central in
order to avoid delinquency on their child support accounts.
I authorized a bank withdrawal and now I want to cancel it. What should I do?

Unavailable Funds
What if my bank account does not have sufficient funds to cover a payment?
You must cancel your payment at least three business days prior to its scheduled date. You can cancel your payment at this website.
What if I fail to cancel the payment three business days prior to its scheduled date and there are insufficient funds in my account?
Your account will be placed on hold and your automatic withdrawal will be cancelled. You will be required to remit all future payments with a guaranteed payment
instrument such as a money order, cashier's check, or certified check.
Why is my account on hold?
We attempted to withdraw the funds from your bank account, and they were not available. You will be required to remit all future payments by a guaranteed instrument
such as a money order, cashier's check, or certified check.
